    I have a 1938 silver king tractor that needs rear tires. The problem is it has a metal ring on the rim. Is this a split rim? If so does anybody work on them?

    HI It is a 4 wheeler and the silver king is vertical.It has a Hercules IXB. I have the engine out of it and sent away to be rebuilt.
