I assure you it's not the battery of connection, they are all brand new and iv checked voltage and cleaned the grounds. This has got to be something internal. I'll try to get pics up then more pics when I remove head. -

The starter is brand new, battery is,fully charged and has good connection, why can I not upload pictures? The oil does not appear to have coolant in it. The coolant was a dirty rusty looking color. Sorry if I don't know,the correct terms. This,is my first diesel and first tractor. No there is no implement on the 3 pt it just dropped and usually dosnt do that so I didn't know,if that would have something to do with it. Here is a video if that helps -

I didn't spray alot of ether and help the can 2 ft or more away when spraying but in the past couple weeks iv used ether 75% of the time to start but sprayed small amounts while cranking. What can I do to trouble shoot this?compression seems good, acts like it's not getting enough voltage...
