    Does your float have a hole in it? Sink it in a glass of water,hold it down with something, leave it a while,see if it fills with water

    The story we were told by Kipp is that his Dad moved to Alabama and brought the tractor with him. I can't make out a few things on that receipt 😞

    We bought this A from Kipp a couple years ago. He found the original receipt and dropped it off yesterday. Cool piece of the tractor's history. The A is still 6 volt , magneto, has original wiring and all 4 original tires. It did get a motor rebuild at some point, it has Fire Crater pistons...

    So....if I get an old Farmall gas tank and dump in a couple gallons of ethanol mix gasoline how long must I wait before I find water? I have used nothing but cheap gas with ethanol in my A for several years, never fill it all the way up, never run it out .....so in theory,it's got gas that's...

    How much water? Can't be much? Your sediment bowl should catch it. If it's more than the sediment bowl can collect,drain it.

    This one was really rough. Sat in the bucket of Berrymans for a week+. Then an hour in a hot ultrasonic cleaner. 😉
