    Our 6400 3pt hitch would not work yesterday. I tried to raise and lower hitch with the stepper valve but I can only push the screw in, it won't turn left or right. Could it be frozen up inside?     6400 power steering cylinders

    Take it off on the wheel side but .leave it attached to tractor side. Remove the hydraulic hose and look inside barrel. At the end of the rod is a retaining ring. You can work it off with a screwdriver or pick through the hole and then pull the rod out.
