    I've been finding more and more the need for a bench vise on my truck. However my little old dodge does't have a reciever nor do I have the urge to install one. Has anyone had any luck with clamp on vises, figured then i could clamp it to the bed side and remove when not in use? Any comments...

    I have a stanley 89-818 crv ratchet that never has turned forward right since new. I pulled the head apart this morning out of boredom and i found that there was an extra spring caught in the gears. After reassembly the ratchet works like new no slippage to be had.     On my 41 Farmall Av i noticed that when you hand crank it the crank just wants to slip. I tried replacing the roll pin and that didn't work. Any ideas to fix this problem. Thanks

    Hello Everyone, I have a 1941 Farmall AV. I noticed when its running there is a tick in the motor. I pulled the spark plugs one by one and noticed the tick went away when I pulled #2.     Farmall AV Light Switch

    It was not the origanal switch at some point someone replaced it. I did the continuity test and determined the switch is bad. Thanks everyone for your help!

    Farmall AV Light Switch

    I've got a 41 av that im trying to rewire the lights. I pulled the switch and i'm not sure how to tell which terminal is to the battery. i figure if i find that one i can use a meter to test the continuity and figure out the rest. Thanks
