    That may have been it, I started taking engine shrouds off to look at the wires and decided to loosen/tighten the cable to the started, nothing at first and the second time I turned the key she cranked. Thanks guys for trying to help, I got a buttload of grass to cut before the rain gets here!

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the mower is at my property about an hour from here so I cant look at it at the moment. I downloaded an owners manual for a 930A and it simply said W-73 V-belt. I plugged that into google and it comes up with a variety of widths

    Well at least I know it was a good machine. Wish I could track down an operator's manual for it, for all I know there isn't any fluid in it at all. This is going to be a big project, with little to no information 🙄
