    3020 gas starter

    Used to have a 3020 gasser, and it ate starters like kids eat candy. Never really figured out what was causing the problem. Always assumed, it was a timing. spark issue that caused to to crank good one time then slow the next. Finnaly gave up and traded for a 4020D.

    Ok, I guess I'm confused here a bit. Are we talking about a gas/lp tractor?? Because if it's a diesel model, they were all 24v systems, with 2-12 volt batteries connected in series. I switched my 4020D over to a 12 volt system, with 2-12 volt batteries in parallel, and have never looked back...

    NH 848 and JD 336 baler

    I have a JD 336, bought new in '76. Has been a super great machine. Makes your standard small sized square bales. Only thing thats ever been done to mine is a complete knotter rebuild at about 100,000 bales. Tale care of it and it will take care of you.
