Updated information. Jacked the front end off the ground and bled some air from the cylinders. With the front wheels off the ground steering to the left was easy . Steering the the right was less tight then before. When on the ground and tractor running right turns impossible. -

Just installed complete power steering assembly on my 1965 ford 3000 Pump(used), steering column(used), cylinders(new) all new tie rods and filter. Steering works to the left , no power to the right harder than manual steering -
