ford 3000 hydraulics
1967 ford 3000. hydraulic lever out of adjustment? when pulling up on lever hydraulics only work when lever is almost at top of quadrant. At that point lift arms are erratic as in jerks, as in sensitive to control operation. Guys hope this makes sense. Appreciate any advice. -

2n gas shut off valve
Removed shut off valve from fuel tank......does not have a screen like filter on it. .....did that come off in tank? ....if so can a new filter screen be purchased as I want to keep original valve........thxs- hoops

2n lights
head lights off of 43 2n are cone shaped with lens labeled tractor lite ....physically much larger and shaped different than ones on other fords I have seen of this era.....wondering if this was add on during war years henceforth different than others??? thxs- hoops

FD661d Kawasaki gas engine
battery charging on liquid cool engine. After mowing several minutes fuse blows. When Engine cools off it mows fine for several minutes with new fuse.- hoops

FD661d Kawasaki gas engine
Have encore prowler Mower powered by Fd661d Kawasaki gas engine. Cuts for about 45 minutes and main 30 amp fuse blows. Put new fuse in and starts right up. This would indicate either a pto switch and/or electric clutch problem.......? ? ......thxs- hoops

1942 2n ammeter
Guys Im going have to find original receipt. Do know for fact it was bought in 1942. It did come on steel. How much my grandfather upgraded in the forties I cant say. Still have crank that came with it. Side note: I remember him plowing black gumbo bottom land with two bottom plow that he...- hoops

Appreciate your 2n history. My grandfather purchase his 2n in 1942. It came on steel wheels. I can remember that in late 40s he had an overdrive added. Have original receipt but at moment cant locate. Seems to me the figure was somewhere around seven or eight hundred, but that might have...- hoops
