    That would be a IH model 21-A that's galvanized, built 1963 to 1968. I have a model 21 that is red and it was built between 1958 to 1963. A model 21-A is set up at the HCOP every year to fill one of the corn cribs. Here are pics from a brochure I have in my paper collection.

    You are correct. 21 series had the old style gag lever assembly, same as 16 series. 24 series had the heavy duty gag lever assembly. 16 series mowers from factory was hand lift only
