    I bought the 1570 and it was just the fan tapping on the shroud.the tractor runs excellent and everything on it is working great. all the lights,flashers,fan,wipers,turn signals,cigaret lighter,hyd.,brakes,powershift,remotes working great. tractor only has 2600 hrs. and has been in the building...

    1030 tractor

    kevin; the 16x38 rims were available in 68 + 69 only with 18.4x38 tires. if you ordered these it would come with western fenders only.hope this helps answer your question. john t

    DENNIS; like paul stated it is a late 69.i have a 1030 #8366063 that was built on april 7 1969. the last 930 was built in may of 1969 so yours has to be one of the last ones built. you need to get a build card for it. I have a 970 that was built before your 930 was built. it was built march 27...
