    1550 pto clutch

When I took the cover off I noticed the linings were awfully thin so I decided it was a good time to replace those. I also replace the input shaft as the splines were almost non-existant on that end. Thank you for your response!

    Drive Coupler

I'm doing the clutch on our 1550 right now. Just pull the cotter pin out and it disassembles like a regular master link.

    1550 pto clutch

Getting the main clutch back in the 1550, only snag so far is my 5 year old nephew helping tonight. I had the pto clutches laid out the way I took them out and he moved them. Anyone know which way the long end of the hubs point? To me it looks like the forward one should point to the front, the...

    1550 clutch

Finally quit raining long enough here in Wisconsin to start baling round bales. Long story short, had the 1550 on the baler, got to the field fine, went to shift in the field to start baling and the pedal feels extremely stiff and grinds the gears badly. Tried adjust the rod, but no luck, looks...

They are hiring at work and it's almost like the freak show seeing some of these people come in. Doesn't anybody take any pride in their appearance anymore?

cockshtt 560 in the junk yard

The Wendel Oliver book notes that the 560 and 570 were available with a gasoline motor for the Canadian market, but diesel only for the States.

    Price left me light headed

I know the exhaust is made in Wisconsin. The Insulated tube ahead of the muffler is from Black River Falls, and the muffler is from Viroqua.

    Holiday Greetings

Merry Christmas! Awesome display! Plowed 3 inches of slush here in Central Wisconsin with the Super 55, this morning before the kids opened their gifts.

    S55 Money pit

Years ago my dad had the crank on his 5211 Zetor welded and reground and hasn't had a bit of trouble with it.

    Hydra shift advantages

I don't think the 1555's came with the 3 speed. I think they only had the 2 speed hydrapower.

    where do you live

She still talks, in fact my in-laws live right next door. Unfortunatly, Baby Bullet is gone, too many people climbing over him broke his back!. The Case steam engine is in a very nice display in the park. The semi with the replica of the Worlds Fair cheese, just disappeared. They were going to...
