Nut for International bush hog
OK. Last week I posted on here that I was looking for a 1 1/8" fine thread castle nut to fit the shaft and it holds the blades and stump jumper on. Well, I have found that nut. Trouble is it is way to big. I had a 1" and it was to small, and 1 1/8" is to big....are there metric sizes in these...- jc4598

1 1/8 Castle Nut
Where could a person find 1 1 1/8" fine thread caste nut. I"ve checked tractor Supply and they said they don"t carry them. It"s for an International 6 foot bush hog. The castle nut holds on the bump guard and 2 blades.- jc4598

641 Motor Oil
Thanks for everyones help. I went with SAE 30 detergent. I did find out something though...A Wix # 51515 is the same as a Ford FL1A ..filter speaking....Thanks again -

It has the # 641 stamped in the flat spot on the left side of the motor. It's possible it could be a 62. -

I have a 1963 Ford 641 4 cyl. gas tractor. Can someone please tell me theoil to use. Is it SAEW 30 detergent or non detegent ? -

As I said I put 55 amps to the selenoid and it kicked the gear in but it didn't spin the gear, it just threw it out to engage the flywheel. IS 55 amps enough to make the gear on the starter spin and if so , by it not spinning is it still the selenoid. -

I have a starter/charger and hooked it up as you said tne it kicked in fine .Activated the gear so now that I see the selenoid is good I guess the only thing is the voltage regulator...can it be checked??...as you can tell I'm new to this one.... Thanks JMOR -

I have a 1968 Ford 2000 3cyl. diesel tractor. I suspect the selenoid to be bad so I have taken the starter off the tractor. Is there a way I can check the selenoid with a volt ohm meter to see if it working or not?..It is a 5" starter. -

Ford 2000 Injector Pump Leaks
I"ve got a Ford 2000 3cyl. diesel tractor that has a CAV injector pump. IT has a leak on one of the fuel lines. I"ve bought the new metal washers that I thought would stop the leak but it didn"t. I also have a leak on the back side of the pump . I am open to any suggestions as to how to fix... -

641 Starter
This may sound silly to some but before spending a lot of money I need to ask this. I have a Ford 641 6-volt 4 cyl tractor. I need to replace the starter and I see a lot of 2n and 8n on different sites. My question is the starter for a 2n or 8n the same as the one on my 641? -
