    I installed this NGK wide band on my lp john deere and it reads 9.97-11.23 idle or wide open is about the same. From what I understand from instructions lower the number the richer it is? Should I lean it out so it is about 13-14?

    What is the ideal range for me? On a 70 LP what should I put the timing at full advance? How could I assure myself that it doesn"t detonate on dyno? I opened fuel up 1 1/2 turns and timing is at 16 full advance wide open throttle??

    70 wiring for 12 volts to the coil for starting??

    What is the proper wiring for getting 12 volts to the coil for easier starting? I think these where set up like this from the factory. Does anyone have a good diagram for this or can explain where to hook the wires to?

    My 70 lp has a 3 terminal regulator. Where does the white wire go and which terminal does the black wire go to? Where should the other ends of the white, and the black go to also?

    Back to the question i have two wires one black and one white that went to the generator. I had the generator all redone and they put a new regulator on with 3 terminals. Where do i put the black and the white?? Where do those wires go to on the other end?

    70 diesel loose flywheel??

    I am working on a 70 diesel and put the flywheel on and it wiggles after i tightened the two bolts. Guy said it pinged or clunked when he ran the diesel engine. That would probably be it??
