    I’ve got the pump out now. The exhaust side moves fine the intake has the valve pushed in stuck. I haven’t tried taking the rest apart yet.     I found the spring for the intake valve but can’t find one for the exhaust. I looked and noticed other people had the same problem finding one. I’m sure there’s one somewhere if just knew what to get.

    With my lever like that my intake valve is still pushed back in the pump. Broke spring or stuck I guess.

    Ok what’s the purpose of the springs behind the intake and exhaust valves to keep them pushed out against the lever? Like I said I’m not that familiar with these and it doesn’t say anything about them in the manual. The intake stays pushed in flush with the pump.

    That was the problem moved the orange wire to that location and it worked fine. The indicator light always worked it just wouldn’t kick in to charge. All is good now 14.5 voltsThanks For the info!

Does that mean it should go up at the top where the bigger wires are or on one of those post beside it instead of the bottom left like it is?     I got another regulator and same thing I still don’t have any power coming out of it. Got it going in and to the regulator then nothing!     There isn’t any power coming out of the regulator. I have it on both sides of the plug going in but nothing out. If I take a hot wire to the field it will kick in and charge.
