John Deere GMH
I received this picture from a fellow in Sweden. I am wondering where it was manufactured. The frame resembles a pressed steel A but looks to cast and the front axle looks like nothing I have ever seen on a Waterloo two cylinder. There were no GMWs made in this country.- Jim Rose

SMDV with adjustable wide front
I bought this 1953 tractor and it has the adustable wide front and battery box under the seat. All the 53 highcrops that I have seen had the arched front axle.- Jim Rose

Oil in Rad removal ideas
Put some dishwashing soap in the radiator and it will surprise you how easily it will clean the oil out. Be sure to drain and put in new coolant.- Jim Rose

1928 Catepiller 'Sixty'

Black Walnuts
In my area all the walnut growers use shakers to get them off the trees and nut sweepers to pick them up, the same equipment is used for almonds. -

Rare John Deere?
The most underpriced rare John Deere is a BWH with a production number of 259. It has the anteater front axle, 40 inch spoke rear wheels and 96 inch axles. Also a 2010 gas highcrop is low production and sells cheap.- Jim Rose
