Ford 900 Specs

Can anyone give me some overall general specs of the Ford 900 tractor. Whats the horsepower? does it have a live PTO? Essentially I'm wondering, is it a good match for a small PTO drive baler??

900 is the series of the tractor and there are a number of different models. Some have live PTO and some do not. If it has a 5 speed tranny you have a 50/50 chance it has live PTO because the 950 does not and the 960 does. If it has a 4 speed no live PTO. HP is around 45 give or take a little bit

A 960 (5-speed,live PTO) would be a good match for a small baler. a 950 will work too, but not quite as nicely, as it doesn't have live pto. If your 900 is really a 900 series, it won't have a 4-speed. There were no 940's but later there were 941's.

What do you know about a 900 Ford highcrop model?

True 900 high crops are rare! Lots of people call a row crop a high crop. High crop will have 38 inch rubber, wide front, and the front legs will be about eight inches taller than a regular row crop.
