    steering wheel

    any body seen a steering wheel like this. says Kosch Manufacturing Co Columbia Ne. on it. I can pull the steering wheel of but not sure how to get the adaptor off. I'm assuming it comes off and is not part of the steering shaft. any help with hoe it comes off would be appreciated <
