    I've found a number of places to download what I hope is the correct manual. I'd rather order a nicely made printed copy (I'm older; my world is still 8 1/2 x 11). Until things loosen up I'll probably have to play and learn on my own. But that's not all bad either is it?

    Yes, I believe the adjustments are the problem. That's why I was wondering if someone could steer me to a procedure. The carb was completely rebuilt since it wasn't functioning after the engine was replaced. I re-installed it and haven't been able to adjust it properly since.
