MF 255 power steering
Topped the resivoir off. If there is any difference it is very small. The resivoir didn't hold another 5-6 ounces, if that. Thanks Jim- JLeus

The first item to check in troubleshooting noted in my manual identified as Workshop Service Manual 1448 768 M1 is fluid level at the pump reservoir. NH 630 round baler PTO shaft
I did get this resolved, went down the replace rather than repair path. I do small patch, just enough to feed my critters. Moved from small squares to small rounds to ease the pickup burden. I do a bunch of turning, needed the double joint, dropped the Benjamin's, it was a bitter pill. Thanks...- JLeus

The crosses seem OK, the "centering yoke" or whatever it's called is toast. I did take it to a machine/driveline shop I have done business with a long time and trust. Shared what I was seeing price wise and his recommendation was replace rather than repair. He did comment that up to almost 3...- JLeus

Baler belt lacing
The belts are 7 inch and I see vice lacers available in that width. Looking at the compatible lacing the wire size varies. It seems the "slots" ( for lack of a better term) in the bottom are different sizes. Those slots that the pin side of the lace go through and the pin on the lacer secures...- JLeus

Backwards spool valve??
Just in case someone lands on this one looking for answers.On my MF 255 with auxillary hydraulic pump the pressure line comes out of the tractor on the round plate at my left heal and the return line goes to the filter under the left trumpet. I had convinced myself otherwise. Thanks Jim- JLeus
