    I am putting a quick attach on my loader I found factory kits but there are over $1,000. I found a couple of adapter quick attach for around $450 I can cut my hinges off and weld on plus I will have to weld adapter to my bucket.Has anyone ever done this before ? any advice would be appreciated...

    hay baling question

    How much is the going rate for hay baling per bale? I guy down the road from me wants me to bale about 8 acres and says the going rate is $18 per acre mowing and raking and .70 a bale for baling. I think thats a little cheap.I'm thinking more on $ 1.50 bale. What do you guys think ?

    mf 150 oil change

    I was wondering when filling a mf 150 up with hydraulic oil. when do you know its full. i seen another post that said 7 12 gallons but i was wondering if there was a fill plug or a dip stick anywhere to check the levels.

    150 massey info

    I'm looking at a 150 massey with a loader,are they a good tractor ? Are the front axles tough enough for a loader? I bale hay with my ford 3000 and thought about putting a loader on it but it doesn't have the industrial front axle. What would be a good price for it? Thanks for the info Joe c

    timing 3 cyl 3000 w/light

    I have a FO-31 book and going to time motor. I checked timing before messing with anything and its 10 degrees btdc at 600 rpms and 20 degrees at 1400 rpms.Book says run at high idle and retard timing to 30 degrees and shut motor off.Then disconnect and plug vacuum advance line and run at high...

    charging issue

    I have a 3 cyl ford 3000. I've been doing hay with tractor for a couple weeks and no issues with charging. This evening I went to finish baling a field and turned the lights on and generator light came on when I rev the motor up to 1800 rpms. I stopped and idled it down to see what was going on...
