    1931 GP Beaner

    No, I can't say that I do.

    1931 GP Beaner

Yup, both rivets are there and outside of the block and head, everything else would show that the tractor is later than serial number 226402.

    1931 GP Beaner

Hey Everyone, I recently picked this GP Beaner up over by Holland Michigan from a guy who has had it sitting in a barn for 40 years. It has the offset F&H front wheels, the wider front axle, and then the real wheels are turned around with the "H" brace between the housings. The big downfall to...

    John Deere L Identificatoin

Could it be possible that this is an LI? I have been finding yellow paint on it and I know that there are a few serial numbers missing from the LI"s wirhe the Hercules engine. Also, what were you referring to about serial numbers on the trans on the LI"s only?

    John Deere L Identificatoin

I picked up an 1939 L a couple of weeks ago with serial 627111. I know the L/LA/LI had their model number stamped into the casting for the transmission but mine has "D939X" stamped there. Has anyone ever seen this or could this have been a replacement trans? I put a picture of the stamping...

    Early John Deere AR Wheels

I don"t mind sharing them. The AO is 251232 and the AR is 251235. I am a big fan of the standard tractors as well. If you don"t mind sending me an email, I would like to give you a shout and maybe we could discuss a little. I"m always looking for more information on them.

    Early John Deere AR Wheels

They are 26 inch rims. It looks like the rim rotted out, and so someone took and welded the old rim inside a new rim.

    Early John Deere AR Wheels

Thanks for the responses. I picked this one up on the Indiana Michigan border but it originally shipped to Missouri. The crazy part is that the whole reason this tractor caught my eye was because I picked up a 35 AO about 3 months prior to this one and they were only 3 serial #'s apart! The...

    Early John Deere AR Wheels

I just received my serial number research back today for my 1935 John Deere AR, and I found the wheel information kind of interesting. It said "AC1064, rear wheels with 11.25x24 low-pressure pneumatic rubber tires, option for "GP"; ac1060, front spoke wheels with 6.00x16, 4-ply low pressure...

    Unique 1936 John Deere

My brother and I just picked up a '36 Unstyled A that has a John Deere B serial tag on it with a '36 A serial number. I sent the serial number in for research as well but it has Weaver Tractor Co stickers on both sides of the hood so i'm thinking it came out of CA. Has anyone ever seen an...

    Yellow John Deere BO

Here is a picture of the tractor and a few pictures of different spots of yellow on there. I looked closer at the green and you can see brush strokes in that as well.

    Yellow John Deere BO

Hey Guys I"m going to see if I can snap a couple of pictures of what is easily viewable to yellow paint tonight so you can let me know what you think.

    Yellow John Deere BO

The thought of it being a BI crossed my mind but it doesn't have the right frame, it has coves on the hood and it has differential brakes so I didn't think it was unless it was converted at some point in it's life. As far as primer, I could be wrong, but I didn't think that Deere primed...
