    FEL on my dead VAC

    Got it home yesterday. Pulled it upon the trailer with 2 comealongs. My wife is a girly girl but a trooper she helped. Took off the bucket and jacked up the arms to get it off the trailer. Now the fun begins getting the engine unstuck.

    Going to pick up my 47 VAC tomorrow. It has a FEL that I assume willneed to be lifted to get the tractor onto the trailer. Question for you experts. How can i lift it up with no power?

    2N Rebuild Engine Pulley Question

    When I did my 2N last winter I used the machined pulley meant for a hydraulic pump. It appeared there was no way I was going to get it on the crankshaft. After thinking about it for a whils, I put the pulley on the cookstove that was heating the garage for an hour or so. Was still tight but...

    2N Front Axle suport

    Yep. The radiator / dogleg support is there after I finished. It's bolted onto the axle support.

    2N Front Axle suport

    I recently sold my Davis / Midwest loader that came off my 2N. The new owner got it home with all the brackets that I had and the front bracket will not mount to his 8N. I seem to recall there were different axle supports in use. Here's a picture of what I have. I's like to help him out.

    8N ignition coil

    I just tried starting my 2N after a rebuild. New points condenser, rotor etc. All from TSC. Weak spark wouldn't fire. Put in my old parts and it fired right up. Should have listened to all the posts about TSC junk.

    I believe that is the case. The new manifold has a much larger end on it. The old clamp wont come close no matter what way I try. Where can i get the larger clamp?
