    Ya theres def slop in steering. Those arms move in and out both sides and the steerring wheel moves in and out a bit. Justseems the manual pretty vague andnot theclearest pics on taking it apart and fixing

    Hello. My 53 to30 seems to have a steering issue suddenly. Only the right wheel turns when steering wheel turned. Left side does nothing. Attached pic this arm doesnt move at all. Any thoughts? [/img]

    I know most dont seem to think much of loaders on these tractors but just looking to use for light duty and cleaning out barn. Its a pretty simple loader, trip bucket and 2 cylinders with just one hose attachment to each. I know that to use tractors hydraulics i need to chain down the lift...

    Its 12v I added in a new ground this summer. Definitely seems lik more of a mechnical sound than a loose connection. I only had limitwd time before work. Ill see if can pull starter in the morning. Almost seemd like flywheel disnt wanna spin or was jumping teeth or something was my guess

    Guess i put too much thought into its suddeness, cleaned connections and added an extra ground and works again Thanks guys

    Ya sorry forgot to include 12v system. Yes ground behind dash. The wire from start button to starter is about 1/2" thick and needs new ends. What gauage is actually needed for 12v system?

    Hello Used the ferg few days ago no issues, then went to used and nothing, hit starter and just nothing. Thought maybe the pos battery to starter button looked kinda rough so replaced and still nothing. Even if i touch pos cable directly to starter i get nothing. I see no frayed or loose...
