880 Hydraulic pump rebuild question
Rebuilt my 880 Hyd pump. question that I have is when I put the bearing into one of the internal blind holes, the bearing pushed halfway in by hand and then finished tapping it in with light hammer and brass rod with some mild resistance. 310 diesel oil pan
I trimmed the stop on the pivoting part and dropped it about a half inch. My pan was dropped one inch. The main concern is to get more oil in the pan, shouldnt be to concerned about the pickup as the oil mixes well while running anyway.- laoliver
