    I recently bought an adaptor kit for my ford 850.(part number S.68981) I removed the stock plate(it uses 5 bolts), cleaned all surfaces and mounted the new plate (only uses 4 bolts). I can not seem to get the plate to seal correctly. All surfaces seem straight and true and mounting holes line up...

    3130 tranny /hyd. fluid

    filter replaced, screen cleaned, refilled with Hygard. I recently bought this tractor, so I wanted to be sure the hydraulic system was clean. It actually looked like a service had been done on the tractor not that long ago.

    I have a 3130 JD and plan to change out the tranny /hyd. filter and replace the long filter screen as well. What is recommended for a replacement fluid? Also - how many gallons does the sump hold. Thanks in advance.

    electronic ignition for 1801

    I installed one on my 1955,850 Ford. Mine is also a 12 volt neg. ground. The directions give you options on the install. I removed my resistor, put in the high voltage coil, then installed the module.

    The PH tested 8, so I can live with that.Waiting to get the transmission filter and screen via UPS- should be here this week .

    Thanks guys. I recently replaced the water pump on the 3130 and flushed the system, however I will check the ph. I will pull the hyd. screen and see what that looks like.
