    Onan Engine

    The Onan is running great again. After plugs and new gas filter there was no improvement, so I took the carburetor apart and found some black like stuff in it.Also the needle and seat were dirty also. After a through cleaning it runs great again. THANK YOU to all that helped.

    Billy it is an Onan 16 hp. Model B43 in aCase tractor. I just wonder if I may have gotten some bad gasoline because it starts excellent as always.. thanks foyour help.

    Engine started backfiring after warmup and at nearly full throttle. Is this a sign of running lean or possibly a bad fuel filter. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks for your help.

    Loosen the bolt as far as you can .Then slide the yoke back to the bolt, and loosen more. Keep repeating till you come to end of bolt.

    Distributor for 8n

    Bought an 8n front mount tractor that the distributor had been stolen from. Does anyone know the size and length of the 2 bolts that hold the distributor on so I could order them. Thanks.

    My trailer again

    If my memory is correct 5 lug hubs are 3500#, 6 lug are 5000# and 6 lug are 8000# hubs. Does that sound correct.? Just as I remember it.
