    Recently purchased a grist mill that is powered by a John Deere LUC engine. Understand the engine was originally designed to power a John Deere R12 combine. Read somewhere that most of these engines were built by Hercules. Can anyone verify? Thanks, Billy

    Recently bought a Farmall Super M Propane tractor . The vapor valve is leaking where it screws into the tank. Where can I get a new one or do you think it can be taken out cleaned up taped and reinstalled. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Ford 601 mounted corn picker

    Got it home. Was able to remove picker head and lower elevator. Had about a foot hangover on ditch side.

    The picker is mounted on a Farmall M. We are hoping to take it off the tractor and then put both the tractor and picker on a 24’ trailer. Thinking we might have to take the elevator off. Thanks in advance for any advice!

    Looking to buy a Farmall MD. It is missing the carburetor. Starts on gas switch over to diesel. Very expensive replacing the carburetor. My question is it possible to crank on diesel or do you have to start on gas?

    I figured it was kinda special and fairly hard to find. I would hate to put that much money in a non running tractor. Too many questions such as do brakes work, does clutch work, transmission work without jumping out of gear, does transmission and rear end roar, etc.

    Thanks, he has a set of cultivators. He is asking 5600 for tractor and cultivators. I was thinking 2000~2500 for both.
