My Cousin has a battery issue. The light comes on before it's started, and goes out when brough to 1000 RPM. Generator is charging, but when you park it , the next morning the battery is dead. Any help will be appreciated.- LTFT

3000 getting hot
Well, It was at fast idle, Got up in red bigtime, 155 degrees on water sensor, what puzzled me was maybe 2 inches behind water pump on intake side was 185 degree and on that same side, the rest of it was 155. Think your right, sensor not calibrated to gauge. Thank you. -

1968 3000, Replaced water temp. sending unit , lost about 3/4 gallon anti-freeze, filled back up with 50/50 after replace, and gauge running in the red. Washed radiator and still shows hot. Did not get OEM unit. -

Well, this morning it's back to doing the same thing. Got a leak somewhere. On a 3000 do you need to split the tractor to work on hydraulics? -

Had pump rebuilt last summer, hadn't work right since. Found barb and hose, hooked up and had lots of air , ran for 30 minutes and had little bitty bubbles so run for 15 more, got better but little bitty bubbles. Put plug back in and three point worked like it's suppose to, and 1900# on... -

It is position , But does same in either. Bleed my pump , but bleed for maybe 10 seconds, is that long enough? Remote not hooked to anything, just gauge on lift side. -

My 3 point acts kinda strange. With nothing on it , it jumps and jerks on its' way up, slowly, but if I put my weight on it , it comes up like its suppose to. I put a gauge on the remotes and it reads 1500#. -

175 Allis Hydraulics
This tractor works fine with about 2275# pressure when it's cold , but when I work it, about 1/2 way through 20 acre field it won't pick up the disk mower unless you feather the lever. let it set over night and it will pick it up fine . Has Permatran 821 XL fluid , and it is a little over full...- LTFT

2000 Instrument Cluster
I ran in the same trouble. I came across a edge molding off a circular saw blade . It went on my 3000 cluster hole just real good , cut it to length, and stuck my cluster in and used some not to long sheet metal screws to hold it in. works great. -

70261795 is the seal kit I ordered. Couldn't find 70255230 in 175 book. But I'm not the best looking up parts.- LTFT

Adjusted the valve to 2300PSI and it took about 3/4 turn. I ordered a seal kit and they are over a hundred dollars now. Thanks for the reply.- LTFT

I bought a used, Main Pressure Relief Valve, and it's putting out 2000 PSI. Do you think the springs may be weak , and I can adjust it up to 2300 PSI and not hurt it?- LTFT
