    If you are referring to the clutch install as used red describes, yes that method works on the 300U. Starter hole gives good access also. Definitely recommend if you have an independent PTO. If not, I think this method is likely more difficult than standard clutch disc alignment.

    Paul, if you have changed oil seals on pitman arms and elsewhere, you won't have a problem. Similar looking seal here, same methods to remove and replace. The bulk of the job will be in removing the hub (13). Once that is done, the cap (11) pulls off easily and you can take it to the bench...
