The service manual talks about wavy plates and my kit from All States Ag Parts has no odd looking plates they are all normal looking flat plates. Everything is seeming to go together...

    In the middle of putting a 4440 back together and i broke my clutch housing gasket. Is it possible to not install a gasket and instead use a high quality IE: Permatex Right Stuff gasket maker instead? I need this machine out of here! Thanks

    Hi fellas, Got a 4440 in the shop that is slipping in 1,2,3,4. It is a 8 speed powershift. I used a mechanic buddies gauge pack to find low pressure in C3 planetary pack. At the moment i am pulling the cab and rockshaft cover to access the C3. Im looking for advice and tips and what to look for...

    It has the Roto Diesel injection pump and was under the understanding theyre is no timing procedure necessary. I did make a line on the pump and front cover before removing and installed it in the same position. I hate ether but I cant get it to run without. I did nothing with the injectors...

The company said the pump was rather worn out... Anyway i reinstalled the pump and l replaced the injectors with JD OEM...
