    rockshaft wineing

    I have my 3020 running the haybine and while the three point is up out of the way i get a pretty loud winning sound coming from the rockshaft area if i drop the arms noise quits. draft lever in D position oil level is good. whats making the noise.? Thanks for any help on this Doug.R

    Diesel fuel in torque converter

    Indian Motorcycles used the right side gas tank as a heat exchanger.Hot days would use a lot more gas cooling off that old Oilzum 50 weight! The gas tank had gas in one section of the tank and the crankcase oil in the other part.

    4640 clutch

    Were the flywheel and pressure resurfaced? If either had burnspots or hardspots, or a worn taper to them, it could cause jerking or grabbing problems.

    OT Cabbage

    Store it in the ground! Dig a trench about 2' wide and 2' deep, line it with straw, lay in your cabbage, and bury it with 4' of straw. Pack it down,cover with plastic, and weight it down. Saurkraut is a terrible thing to waste!

    Oliver 550 Diesel

    There is a 550 Diesel for sale in an upcoming auction and I was wondering about any inherent problems with them. Like hard starting in the winter, power steering problems, transmission, and reliability.
