    Yes it runs now .after rebuilding the carb the float Sticks ive got to pull it apart agin .i may have tweaked a float setting float height .i have essential hand tremors .I never ran into the spark plug wire issue .if I replaced wires I always did one at a time so no mix ups .have a ford 9n / wd...

    These wires have metal wires you can see under the part that clips on the plug .this is the way it came to me .not the way my own have . It’s a neighbors . Thank you for the help .

Check the gap check the points. Check the cap. Check the timing up on number one, but it pops and backfires through the carburetor...
