    bd154 gasket set question

    thanks Bob, i think you are correct, these are about 1 1/4" od and there are 4 of these and 4 of a slightly smaller size. that would explain why i didnt see them when i took the head off, cause i didnt remove anything from the head. cheers mike

    thanks for the replies gents. just thought i would give an update. the head gasket has started to de-laminate. there are places where the material that is sandwiched between the two metal gasket surfaces is actually missing. i am waiting for a new head gasket, should be here any day...
