    Make sure the alternator isn"t internally regulated. And if it is make sure it is working. If that"s the case external regulator will never work.

    FYI Ford industrial fires 1-2-3-4 The only application I ever seen was Blackwelder tomato harvestors.

    Hi, This tractor has a safty start switch on top of the transmission, and one at the pto lever. They both work in series together. Both need to be working for tractor to start. The one at the pto lever can get debris it the linkage and cause not to fully engage the switch.

    FYI: The firing order for all inline 6 cylinder engines is the same 1-5-3-6-2-4.

    Tach drive is on the back of the engine toward the right side sitting on seat.

    The rod looks like the draft control rod from the lift cover. On the pto did you get the lever back in the slot on the shift collar?

    Quick Advise Needed - RE: Machine Shop Work

    If they use a bit type cutter yes there is a chance of chipping the sleeve. If they use a flat wheel decker it should be ok. Are your sleeves pre-bored or do they need bored after they are installed? Some after market sleeves are not sized!!!
