    Has anyone ever seen an Oliver 550 that has some evidence of red paint and Cockshutt decals ? Body style is early Oliver 550 (vertical steel grill), and is not the style that is typically identified as a Cockshutt 550.

    i have a pair of rim disc centers for 26 inch rims on 8 bolt hubs. also have a set of 12 by 26 rims with tires. very wide or narrow offset. painted oliver green. in ohio.

    still could use some help with this one. jschweibert give me a response, but it wasn't exactly of much value. anyone else out there want to give me some help with a 550 that won't go into any of the left side of the shift pattern.

    Thanks for responding. The lever does go in the position for reverse, and seems to be engaging a gear. Haven't opened up the plate under the shift lever to check anything out inside.
