    Our neighbor got his recently restored IH 20-C Field Harvester running chopping hay in Michigan last week. Ran good after a few minor adjustments. It was in pretty good shape for beeing over 50 years old. He has the corn head on it now getting ready to chop corn silage.

    You are right. That looks to be the problem, rivets broke loose. Thanks for the info.

    Used or Remanufactured engine?

    We have come across a well maintained John Deere 7720 combine with a bad motor. What are your thoughts on replacing the engine with a "good" used one, a rebuilt, or a remanufactured one?
