    Tire Size

Can anyone tell me if a 13x26 rim will fit on my 52 8n? Found a set of turf tires and rims for a good price but want to make sure they will fit.

radiator cap versus hood round 1

Sounds familure. I recently replaced the original radiator with a new one that I ordered from YT and the radiator is having the same effect on my hood. (made in china) Not sure if your radiator is new or not but that's what is causing my problem, going to take the old radiator and have a new...

    hey dunk

I got lucky on mine the right side hitch pin was loose and only needed to be tightened up. I was able to do it without taking the trumpet off. Just reached in thru the PTO opening used a long screw driver to straighten the cotter pin and tightened her up. However if its broke you may have to...

Stopped in to TSC last night to see what I couldn"t live without and found that they have their tire chains on clerance. Bought a set for 120.00. Just thought I would pass this information along to anyone else who may be in the market for some chains and have a TSC close by. Have a great day...

    Hydraulic arms

Well I just finished cleaning the hydraulic/transmission sump and put her all back together now. Engaged the PTO and lifted fine, lowered the lever and the lift arms are setting on the axel, question is, should they be sitting on the axel when the lever is all the way down? Thank you gentlemen.

    Surprise

Nothing in the sump. Cleaned it all out today. I'll go for the broke and welded option. Maybe I'll just go ahead and replace it while I got the fluid out.

    Surprise

When I took it apart both snap rings were in place where they should have been. Just bought this N about 3 months ago and needed to change the fluid and this is how I found it. It seems to be close to the diffy, not sure though this is my first tractor.

    Surprise

Decided today to replace the old leaky PTO seal and this is what I found. Anyone seen this before? Doesn't make any noises or grinding, then again maybe thats cause it's half gone now.

Parts and Pieces - Operation Chicken Bones

Not sure where you got your ammeter from but the one I bought from TSC wouldn't work the way John mentioned. On mine by the time I put the bracket on to hold the meter in place there wasn't enough threads on the 2 posts to hold the wire, washer and nut. So I took off the 2 nuts holding it...
