    I hit it with PB Blaster and got it to move somewhat. This tractor started up really quick after sitting for 10+ years. Very happy.

    Yes sir-I did remove the old gasket and replace with the one that came with new filter. I took it all out and inserted it all back in. Putting oil in canister with new filter can cause this? Cause I did put (some) oil in canister with the nee filter
