    12 volt conversion questions

    i am working on converting a ferguson 35 to 12 volt. someone already started on the project and put a 12 volt coil on it. is this ok with the normal points? is there a difference in 6 or 12 volt points? would a 6 volt coil with a resistor in line be better? thanks for any help

    im rebuilding the 16 horse briggs in my 582. when i went to put in the No. 2 piston and connecting rod the repair manual says the oil hole should face away from the cam gear. that isnt the way it came out and if its facing away then the hole is facing down which doesnt make sense to me. is this...

    when someone does a 12 volt conversion on say a farmall super c can the original light switch be used? i wasnt sure if it would burn anything up. im trying to save some money and not buy a kit. also does anyone have a part no. for 12 volt light bulbs?

    this might not be the best place to ask this question but since it is a hydraulic issue i figured i might as well see what responses i get. im trouble shooting the leveling blade on the front of a cat cp433e compactor. the blade is slow to raise at first and when the oil is warm wont go up...

    i dont have many pics. this is pretty much what it looked like when i got it. i was told the previous owners were having trouble with the mag timing and it had been sitting for about 30 years in this state. luckily the engine was still free and only took a little tinkering and a few parts here...
