    good to hear. If you want to increase the oil pressure you can add shims to tighten the spring, if needed.

    I had the same problem on a rebuild a couple years ago, every pump I found was junk. I ended up making my own gears and shaft. The problem I found was the steel used for the gears and shaft was really bad, very soft and wears out easily.

    were the gears sloppy, every pump I've seen was in pretty rough shape. How was the spring, that's what regulates the pressure.

    Thanks for the input Loren. When they say it has bad hydraulics what do they mean? Which part of the system fails and is there a fix for it ie replacement parts that work better than the original.

    I think you may want to double check those numbers, .025" is waaaaaay too much clearance, it will rattle very bad if put together like that. I am guessing that was a typo, at least I hope so.     WD 3 point help

    I'm making a 3 point hitch for my WD and was wondering how wide people cut the angle piece mounted to the drawbar. Is it narrower than the 26" that most of the impliment is (narrow at front and gets wider)? Or run them straight back? Thanks Michael in WI
