    R Bedell, Thanks for the response. I did run a #8 cable between the negative side of the battery and one of the mounting bolts on the starter. Problem fixed.

    Kohler K-341 Rear Seal

    I am running a 16HP K-341 Kohler engine in my Cub Cadet and for the fourth time in the last month I have to replace the rear engine seal. I'm not sure why the seal keeps going?
