    70 Heads on 30 Block ?

We did one 30 years ago,the bolt patterns are the same,BUT, it takes a lotta doing to make it work, the head bolt holes are 9/16'' rather than 5/8",the middle bolt hole in the block isnt there, rather a big water hole is there that has to be plugged and then threads tapped into it,the counter...

    White 2-135 noise

Check the hoses and clamps between the turbo and intake manifold and the manifold gaskets, sounds like an air leak that can happen when the engine is under load

    1170 trans pressure

The only thing that the gauge does on your tractor is that it shows PTO pressure,if it was a power shift model it would indicate power shift and PTO pressure. It should be 180 to 210 psi. Mite want to put a gauge in the flow divider and see what it really has.

    2840 high-low

I have a 2840 John Deere that the high-low,or 2 speed is totaly shot, the planetary gears are bad,the drum they go into is broke,is there any way to eliminate it? The parts seem to be for that model only, and for what I'm using it for I really don't need it. Any thoughts or input would be helpful.
