    ih 674 hyd problem

    The let down problem would most likely be leakage in spool valves and/or seals in lift cylinders. But your other problems are certainly issues with the pump, which you will find down on the left hand side of the tractor. Try and get someone to do some pressure tests first if you can.

    G'day Barry. Torque settings are the same as other Geelong built Inters, AW6 and AM Farmall, 110ft/lb.

    Gordo, I've had good successes with PVC jointing cement. Tipped some in a 10-20 fuel tank and Honda farm bike tank and no more leaks or seepages. Secret is to shake and rotate the tank after you've poured the cement in to spread it and let it sit for 24hrs afterwards. Also made a new carby float...

    All the things you described can rob pressure from the TA and in Direct it relies on Hydro pressure to keep it engaged. MCV pump is out and pressure checks will be needed to determine if you need a new pump.
