    I'm installing new bearings on the steering shaft on my TO30. I have two questions that I need help with. Should the gear at the bottom of the shaft be slid all the way up against the lower bearing or should it be lower than the bearing collar? And on the top there are two nuts...

    TO30 Steering adjustment ???

    The left side steering arm is loose where it goes into the side of the steering box. When I try to drive it the left front wheel has a mind of its own and goes all over the place.
