    Replaced the Roassi pump with a standyn And Been down hill ever since . Replaced pump because it wouldnt control the speed or idle anymore. Put it at TDC and pump was lined up before i pulled it . I saw the mark on oil pump gear at 11:00 The new rebuild throttle wired to wide open but i...

    Hello Have an older 20 series tractor that are using older big injectors , partAR39997, not the slim pencil injector Deere does have them any more just parts for them. Any way I can switch over to the slim pencil injector ? or other options ? Thanks

    3020 white smoke

    I have a 3020 diesel with about7000 hours on it. started it up this morning. Had a slight knock which quit quickly. Idle was rough so gave it a little throttle and heard the knock again and white smoke out of exhaust. didn't seem like it wanted to shut off .Looked around, checked oil and water...

    Ok well maybe the frame rails are broken ? This is a loader tractor but i just move hay with it. This repair started with hyd pump coupling broke. Than found hyd pump bad. And pump little A frame was also split on one side.

    Hello. I know i can find information in many places about 4020 front end conversion in order to fit one a from a 4430 . it takes an adapter plate. Well that adapter plate won't fit a 3020 cause of the hydraulic pump sets a little below the frame rails and the adapter plate hits it...

    Yes i believe the pump has gave up the ghost . Hard to impossible to rotate by hand . Thanks for the help

    Coupling and crankshaft pulley broke . I was thinking maybe the front pump caused it . Should i be able to turn pump by hand ? Anyway to test test ? Hate put all back together and than find pump bad Also little A frame holding pump is cracked on one side . Maybe the frame cracked and help...

    I have the old Schwartz front end on the 3020. A working tractor with loader. This time a front wheel Knee snapped. I think this front end was never meant to have a loader. So getting a heavier front on it for some loader work. I see A and I sells a complete unit. Will this be good for loader...
