    Odd never seen tire size

    The slant mark [/] could be to indicate the tire size is 8.3 x 24 new numbering and 8 x 24 as old numbering.

    JD510 loader/ backhoe

    A 510 loader/backhoe starts easy and runs great. The backhoe has the extend-a-hoe. only leak is one of the loader boom cylinders. The machine has the torque converter. The serial number is 704xxx. what year is the machine and what is its value? Thank you for any help. Tim.

    Chevy truck and trailer lights.

    Check that the trailer wiring has been connected at the underhood fuse/ relay center. Also each function for the trailer harness has its own fuse. I may have a wiring diagram for that truck. email if needed.

    OT - Duramax just died - any ideas?

    Have you changed the fuel filter? The injrction pump pulls the fuel from the tank and if the vacuum pull is greater than 20 inches it will die. open the bleeder on the filter houding and prime the fuel filter, if you have to prime for a while to get fuel, your shut down is fuel.     The reverser will not change directions [either forward to reverse or reverse to forward]. At times it will change okay and the next time it may nor may not change. The hydraulic oil level is okay. Thanks for any ideas to check.

    Turbocharger

    The oil is from the Crankcase Breather valve that is mounted on the valve cover. A small amount of oil is normal, because it is the oil that was in the crankcase vapors.

    Completely O/T Gout
