    Thanks for the input. I checked another crank that I have and it has 2 indexing pins. So the flywheel can only be installed correct or 180 off. Luckily, my flywheel had clear markings for 2&3 DC.

    AlanK, right, there is no change in the forward speed of the tractor when I pull the TA lever back. The lever does snap back very crisply though.
