Steering box/shaft
Folks- I have a 48' 8n and the steering shaft broke. I bought a new on and installation went fine. However, now I have a massive amount of 'play' in the steering, about 360 degrees to be exact. I'm wondering if I did something wrong on the install or if perhaps I was sold the wrong part...- upstate

Serial number help
Guys, this looks to me like 8n I27694. However, this is not making sense to me because from what I've read this would be a tractor that was manufactured on Sept. 27th hence the I27 but the year is supposed to be the next digit, is it not? Unless, what I am thinking is a '6' is actually a '0'. I...- upstate
