    How can I determine if the system is CCLS or open center? The manual shows the CCLS system to have an arrangement of 3 filters on the right hand side of trans., and only shows a single filter for the open center fixed displacement system. Mine only has the single filter on the right hand side...

    Follow up question, so I had a typo in the original post. I have a 5640 SL, not SLE, and tractor data is showing it as open center, is this correct for the SL, or does it need the CCLS loader valve?

    Hey guys, working on my “new to me” 5640, it’s a blue top with a cab, 12x12 trans. Sometimes it’s hard to shift from neutral to forward or reverse, kind of like the shift linkage is jammed. Is there a common place to start or looking for worn pins?
